Al Delta Affiliate Marketing Program Policies
The terms {we, us, or our} refer to Delta Company, while {you, your, user, customer, or affiliate} refer to any individual or entity accepting this agreement.
Al Delta reserves the right to change or modify this agreement and related policies at any time at its sole discretion. Publication of these changes on the official Delta website is immediately effective. Using the website or services after changes means you accept the updated agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate account, payment, tax, and website details and keep them updated.
- Interact with customers in good faith and refer legitimate clients only.
- No marketing tactics that cause revenue loss; no modifying promotional content without approval.
- No violations of laws, ethics, or promotion of violence/discrimination.
- No self-referrals or VPN-based purchases.
- Comply with all affiliate requirements; violation may result in suspension or termination.
Use of Promotional Materials:
- Only use approved materials available in the affiliate area.
- A limited license is granted to promote Delta-owned websites.
- Upon termination, rights to use promotional materials are revoked immediately.
- No modifications without written approval.
Prohibited Advertising Methods:
- Spam emails, forum link spamming, or unauthorized PPC campaigns.
- Use of copyrighted or obscene materials.
- Suspicious traffic sources like pay-to-read, PPV ads, or pop-unders.
- Unauthorized offers, discounts, or misuse of trademarks.
Payments & Invoices:
- Minimum withdrawal: $25 via PayPal / $100 via Bank Transfer.
- Bank transfers take 3–7 business days.
- Commissions are issued automatically upon customer registration.
